Modern Applications in the Management of External Audit for the SME

Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je analyzovat metody auditu v malých a středních podnicích. Teoretická část vychází z odborné literatury a odborných článků vztahujících se k tomuto tématu. Je zde podrobně popsán vývoj auditu v zahraničí a v České republice včetně právní úpravy, základní druhy auditu a jednotlivé fáze auditu, které auditor vykonává při své činnosti. Diplomová práce se také zabývá institucemi externího auditu, malými a středními podniky na území České republiky, ale i Evropské unie. Praktická část se zaměřuje na externí audit účetní závěrky společnosti, přesněji na předaudit a zajištění řešení na základě odborné literatury. V tomto případě uskutečnit externí audit ve společnosti vyplývá z požadavků společníků nebo členů vedení, kteří chtějí mít jistotu, že podnikají v souladu s platnou legislativou a účetními zásadami, ale není ze zákona povinný vzhledem k velikosti společnosti. Základní metodou práce je analýza dat vybrané společnosti. Z výsledků provedených testů vyplyne, zda byly splněny požadavky auditora.

Abstract:

The theme of this thesis is to analyze audit methods in small and medium-sized enterprises. The theoretical part is based on scientific literature and scientific articles related to this topic. There is described in detail the development of auditing abroad and in the Czech Republic, including legislation, basic types of audit and the process of auditing the auditor performs in its activities. The thesis is also concerned with external audit institutions, SMEs in the Czech Republic but also the European Union. The practical part focuses on the external audit of the financial statements, specifically the pre-audit and secure solutions on the basis of literature. In this case, carry out an external audit company follows the requirements of the shareholders or members of management, who want to be sure that they operate in accordance with current legislation and accounting principles, but it is not compulsory by law in relation to the size of the company. The basic method of work is the analysis of the data of the selected company. From the results of the tests will result if requirements are met.
