Preventive Educational Activity Of The Integrated Rescue System Service

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá preventivně výchovnou činností integrovaného záchranného systému. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část zmiňuje právní rámec a koncepce předmětné problematiky, orgány provádějící preventivně výchovnou činnost a historický vývoj ochrany obyvatelstva a prevence. V závěru představuje preventivně výchovnou činnost na primárních stupních vzdělávací soustavy a její materiální zabezpečení. Praktická část je zaměřena na prověření znalostí žáků v dané oblasti pomocí metody dotazování a zjištění pozornosti věnované této oblasti ze strany školy na základě řízeného rozhovoru s pedagogy. Na závěr práce jsou navržena opatření ke zlepšení stávající situace.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the preventive educational activities of the integrated rescue system. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part mentions the legal framework and concepts of the subject matter, the bodies performing preventive educational activities and the historical development of population protection and prevention. In conclusion, it presents preventive educational activities at the primary stages of the educational system and its material provision. The practical part is focused on checking the knowledge of students in the field using the method of questioning and finding attention paid to this area by the school on the basis of a controlled interview with teachers. At the end of the thesis there are measures proposed to improve the current situation.
