Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zpracována na téma Společenská odpovědnost vybraného podniku. Tato práce je zaměřena na vymezení pojmu společenské odpovědnosti firem v historickém kontextu, identifikaci a charakteristiku oblastí společenské odpovědnosti, stakeholder koncept, charakteristiku alternativních způsobů hodnocení společenské odpovědnosti a zhodnocení možných přínosů společenské odpovědnosti. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na analýzu společenské odpovědnosti společnosti Synthesia, a.s. Analýza společenské odpovědnosti podniku Synthesia, a.s. se bude týkat pěti oblastí, a to: ekonomické, sociální, environmentální, etické a filantropické oblasti.

Abstract:

This thesis is elaborated on the theme of social responsibility of chosen enterprise. This work is focused on defining the concept of corporate social responsibility in a historical context, the identification and characterization of areas of social responsibility, stakeholder concept, characteristics of alternative ways of assessing social responsibility and appreciation of the potential benefits of social responsibility. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the social responsibility of Synthesia, a.s. Analysis of corporate social responsibility Synthesia, a.s. will cover five areas, namely: economic, social, environmental, ethical and philanthropic area.
