Tématem této práce jsou základní zásady trestního řízení a jejich ústavní limity. Cílem práce je seznámit čtenáře s problematikou základních zásad trestního řízení s ohledem na jejich ústavní limity. The topic of this thesis is the basic principles of criminal procedure and their constitutional limits. The aim of the thesis is to introduce the reader to the basic principles of criminal procedure with regard to their constitutional limits.
