Housing Culture of 1980s in Czechoslovakia
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá bytovou kulturou v osmdesátých letech v Československu zaměřenou na bydlení v panelových domech. V práci vymezujeme pojem bytové kultury a přinášíme východiska socialistické sídlištní výstavby. Ptáme se také na koncept ideálního bydlení, a co ho ovlivňovalo.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the housing culture of 1980s in Czechoslovakia focused on living in prefabricated houses. The paper defines the term of the housing culture and we present the backgrounds of socialistic settlement construction. We also ask whether it was the concept of ideal housing and what were the influences.
