Podnikatelský plán na zřízení nové kavárny v rámci konceptu sociální a environmentální odpovědnosti

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je připravit podrobný podnikatelský plán pro vznik nové kavárny s důrazem na udržitelnost podnikání z ekonomického hlediska s přihlédnutím k sociálním a environmentálním aspektům. První část je teoretická. V něm byl podrobně popsán každý krok za účelem přípravy praktické části. V praktické části byla provedena nezbytná analýza vnitřních a vnějších faktorů ovlivňujících proveditelnost tohoto podnikatelského plánu. Výsledky situační analýzy tohoto podnikatelského vynálezu jsou podrobně popsány pomocí podsekcí podnikatelského plánu s důrazem na finanční aspects.To získání dat pro tuto bakalářskou práci byla použita metoda kvantitativního rezervního kvalitativního výzkumu. Po Interních a externích analýzách byla zpracována doporučení a závěry ohledně proveditelnosti navrhovaného podnikatelského záměru s přihlédnutím k dílčím výsledkům analýzy a dalším závěrům týkajícím se současného stavu znalostí v této oblasti

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to prepare a detailed business plan for the creation of a new cafe-bar with an emphasis on business sustainability from an economic point of view, taking into account social and environmental aspects. The first part is theoretical. In it,every step was described in detail in order to prepare the practical part. In the practical part, the necessary analysis of internal and external factors affecting the feasibility of this business plan was carried out. The results of the situational analysis of this business invention are described in detail using the business plan subsections with an emphasis on financial aspects.To obtain data for this bachelor's thesis, the quantitative reserve qualitative research method was used. After internal and external analyses, recommendations and conclusions regarding the feasibility of the proposed business plan were prepared, taking into account partial results of the analysis and other conclusions concerning the current state of knowledge in this area
