Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část práce popisuje firemní hypoteční bankovnictví v České republice, charakterizuje firemní hypoteční úvěr, je zaměřena na související legislativní úpravu a definuje odbornou terminologii. Abstract:
The bachelor´s thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part describes commercial mortgage banking, commercial mortgage, relevant legislation and terminology. The practical part focuses on comparison of commercial mortgage and describes credit process. In conclusion are suggestions and recommendations.
