Family social workers' understandings of case conference

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá vymezením pojetí případové konference sociálními pracovníky pracující s rodinou. Zaměřuje se na dosavadní zkušenosti sociálního pracovníka a jeho uzpůsobení se v jednotlivých aplikacích případové konference. To znamená, že se snaží zachytit zkušenosti sociálního pracovníka, které následně mohou ovlivňovat jeho vymezení vlastních rolí a aktivit s nimi spojených, vymezení vztahů mezi aktéry, uzpůsobení komunikace ve vztahu k celému procesu případové konference, kladení důrazů na určité věci a jak se všechny tyto prvky vzájemně ovlivňují. Cílem diplomové práce je zodpovědět hlavní výzkumnou otázku: Jaké charakteristiky vykazují pojetí případových konferencí uplatňovaná sociálními pracovníky s rodinou? Diplomová práce obsahuje tři základní oblasti. První část tvoří teoretická část, která se zaměřuje na vymezení základních pojmů diplomové práce. Jedná se o pojetí, rodinu, ohroženou rodinu, sociální práci s rodinou, vymezení role sociálního pracovníka, případové konference a jejich pojetí. Druhá část se zabývá metodikou výzkumu, je zde objasněna volba metody zkoumání a strategie výzkumu. Tato část obsahuje také operacionalizaci, limity výzkumu a seznámení s prostředím a realizací výzkumu. V poslední části jsou analyzovány dílčí výzkumné otázky a je zodpovězena hlavní výzkumná otázka.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the definition of the concept of case conferences by social workers working with families. It focuses on the past experience of the social worker and his adaptation to the individual application case conferences. This means that trying to capture the experience of a social worker, which in turn can influence its own definition of the roles and activities associated with them, defining the relationships between actors adapt communication in relation to the whole process of case conferences, the emphasis on certain things and how all these elements interact. The thesis aims to answer the main question: What characteristics have a concept of case conferences applied by social workers with family? The thesis contains three basic areas. The first part consists of a theoretical part, which focuses on definitions thesis. It is a concept, a family, a family at risk, social work with families, defining the role of the social worker, case conferences and their concepts. The second part deals with the research methodology, there is explained the choice of methods of investigation and research strategies. This section also includes operationalization, the limits of research and familiarity with the environment and implementation of research. In the last part we are analyzed partial research questions and answers the question.
