Undergraduates and their familarity with Fair Trade

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na hnutí fair trade a zabývá se informovaností a znalostmi vysokoškolských studentů o tomto hnutí. Teoretická část obsahuje poznatky z oblasti lid-ských práv, popis současné situace v rozvojových zemích, dále je zde vymezena společen-ská odpovědnost firem, hnutí fair trade u nás a ve světě, značka Fair trade a organizace zabývající se spravedlivým obchodem. Praktická část je zaměřena na výzkum informova-nosti a znalostí vysokoškolských studentů o hnutí fairt trade, značce Fair trade a dalších souvislostech. Projektová část se věnuje marketingové komunikaci směrem ke studentům s cílem zvýšení jejich celkového povědomí o fair trade.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on fair trade movement and deals with the awareness and knowledges of this movement by university students. The theoretical part contains findings about human rights and description of situation in underdeveloped states. Then there is defined corporate social responsibility, fair trade movement in the Czech republic and in the world, Fairtrade mark and fair trade organizations. The practical part is focused on the research on awareness and knowledges of fairtrade, Fairtrade mark and another conections. The project part is devoted to the marketing communication to the students and the target is increase in their awareness of fair trade.
