Diplomová práce se zabývá důvody, kdy soudní nebo správní orgán dožádaného smluvního státu není povinen nařídit navrácení protiprávně přemístěného nebo protiprávně zadrženého dítěte. Mohou nastat situace natolik závažné, že je možné odchýlit se od obecné povinnosti bezodkladně nařídit návrat dítěte do státu jeho obvyklého bydliště. The diploma thesis deals with reasons when the judicial or administrative authority of the requested Contracting State is not bound to order the return of wrongfully removed or wrongfully retained child.
