Bakalářská práce se zabývá dopady legislativních změn na proces a metodiku ocenění nemovitých věcí se zaměřením na ocenění pozemků pro stavby dopravní infrastruktury v ČR. This thesis deals with the effects of legislation changes on the process and methodology of real estate valuation. Specifically, valuation of land for traffic construction in the Czech Republic is discussed. The thesis is divided into three parts.
