Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce „Hypoteční úvěry“ je analýza poskytování hypotečních úvěrů v ČR a zdrojů jejich financování. První část je zaměřena na objasnění hypotečního úvěru a dalších pojmů, které s touto problematikou souvisí. V druhé části analyzuji nabídky bank hypotečních úvěrů svým klientům. V poslední části je pak analyzováno refinancování těchto hypotečních úvěrů.
Abstract:
The main objective of my thesis “Mortgage loans” was to analyse the distribution of mortgage loans in the Czech republic and the resources of its financing. The first part aims to clarify mortgage loans and other expressions which are closely associated with this issue.
