Inclusion as a current trend in education

Abstract:

Diplomová práce pojednává o inkluzi jako o současném trendu ve vzdělávání. Zabývá se tím, jaké je toto novodobé vzdělávání, co obnáší a co nahrazuje. V teoretická části práce je popsáno, na jakých principech inkluzivní vzdělávání stojí a co je k jeho nastavení v systému potřeba. Srovnává také to, jak se rozlišuje v jednotlivých zemích včetně toho, jak funguje a je nastaven v rámci České republiky. Zabývá se však i diagnostickým procesem a v neposlední řadě popisuje jednotlivé aktéry procesu inkluzivního vzdělávání a jejich míru účasti ve vzdělávacím procesu. V empirické části práce je pak formou kvalitativně orientovaného výzkumu zjišťováno, jak jednotlivé zúčastněné osoby, pracovníci ve školství, rodiče a další, vnímají inkluzivní vzdělávání. Formou rozhovorů a metodou interpretativní fenomenologické analýzy jsou zjišťovány jejich zkušenosti a názory na danou problematiku.

Abstract:

The thesis discusses the inclusion as the current trend of the education. It deals with what is this modern education about, what does it mean and what does it replace. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the main principles of the inclusive education as well as what is needed to be set up in the educational system to make the inclusion fully functional. It also compares the differences in the inclusive education in other countries, including how the inclusion works and how is it set in the Czech Republic. The thesis also deals with the diagnostic process of the inclusion and finally it describes individual actors who take a part in the process of inclusive education as well as the level of their participation in this educational process. In the empirical part of the thesis there is by the qualitatively-oriented research determined how all participating persons - education sector workers, parents and others - perceive the inclusive education. Participants' experiences and opinions related to this subject are reviewed by both - interviews and the method of the phenomenological interpretative analysis
