Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je charakterizovat a srovnat hypotéční trhy v ČR, vybraných zemích evropské unie a USA. Hlavní pozornost bude věnována lokálnímu trhu se zaměřením na dopady změny zákona o dani z příjmů platné od 1. 1. 2008.
Abstract:
The purpose of this Bachelor thesis is to describe and to compare mortgage market in Czech Republic, certain European countries and in the USA. The main attention will be paid to the local market with a view to the impacts of amendment of income tax law valid from 1. 1. 2008.
