Abstract:

Tato absolventská práce se zabývá uměním komunikace a asertivity v organizaci. Teoretickou část tvoří objasnění a prohloubení pojmů týkajících se samotné komunikace, komunikace v organizaci a asertivity. Následně v praktické části zjišťuji, na kolik jsou zaměstnanci Krajského Ředitelství Policie Jihomoravského kraje spokojení s komunikací na pracovišti.

Abstract:

This thesis is concerning with communication and assertiveness in a company. Theoretical part consist of the basics and deepening terms about communication in the company and assertiveness. After that, in the last practical part, I will find out how much are employees in The Regional Police Directorate of the South-Moravian region satisfied with communication in workplace.
