Utilization of regenerative resources in selected sports discipline
Abstract:
Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zjistit, v jaké míře využívají rozhodčí ledního hokeje v Krajské lize mužů Jihomoravského kraje regenerační prostředky, jakožto součást regenerace, naměřit zatížení rozhodčích. Odvodit typ únavy, a zjistit, jaké jsou limity dotazníku, který jsem pro zkoumání použil.
Abstract:
The aim of my thesis is to determine the extent to use of using regenerative applications by ice-hockey referees in Regional men league of the South Moravian Region. Measure the endurance and deduce the type of tiredness. Find out the limits of the questionnaire which I used to research.
