Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na hypoteční bankovnictví v České republice. Teoretická část práce popisuje charakteristiky a podstatu hypotečních bank a definuje hypoteční úvěrové produkty. Převážně se zabývá procesem poskytnutí hypotečního úvěru, a to se zaměřením na fyzické osoby. Bachelor's thesis focuses on the mortgage banking in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes the characteristics and nature of mortgage banks and defines mortgage loan products. Predominantly deals with process of provision the mortgage loan with a focus on individuals.
