Abstract:

Diplomová bakalářská práce Znalostní management: Vliv efektivního leadershipu na prostředí pro práci se znalostmi se věnuje problematice znalostního managementu a učící se organizace. Popisuje perspektivy znalostního managementu a v souvislosti s dělením na tvrdé a měkké prvky řízení a vedení představuje vzájemný vztah znalostí a organizace, její organizační kultury a struktury, pracovníků a způsobů učení se. Přibližuje filosofii a disciplíny učící se organizace dle Sengeho. Rámcuje nezbytný proces změny, spojený s implementací a neustálým zlepšováním se organizace, se způsoby efektivní (otevřené a nenásilné) komunikací a zpětnou vazbou.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis Knowledge Management: The Influence of Effective Leadership on the Knowledge Work Environment discusses the problematics of knowledge management and learning organization. It describes the perspectives of knowledge management and presents the mutual relationship between knowledge and the organization, its organizational culture and structure, employees, and learning styles in the context of the division between hard and soft elements of management and leadership. The thesis introduces the philosophy and disciplines of the learning organization according to Senge. The necessary process of change associated with the implementation and continuous improvement of the organization, is framed with ways of effective (open and non-violent) communication and feedback.
