Abstract:

Tato práce na téma "Vzdělávání pracovníků azylového domu a noclehárny" je tvořena teoretickou, praktickou a projektovou částí. Teoretická část práce popisuje sociální služby azylový dům a noclehárna. Dále je zaměřena na profesní vzdělávání zaměstnanců obecně a pokračuje specifickým zaměřením na vzdělávání pracovníků v sociálních službách popsaných na začátku práce. Praktická část analyzuje vzdělávání pracovníků v konkrétní sociální službě Azylový dům Elim a Noclehárna Elim. V návaznosti na praktickou část je v projektu navržen dlouhodobý plán vzdělávání pracovníků Azylového domu Elim a Noclehárny Elim.

Abstract:

This work with the topic "The Education of Workers of the Asylum Shelter and Night Shelter" is consisted by theoretical, practical and project part. The theoretical part describes social services of the asylum shelter and night shelter. Further, it is focused on professional education of workers in general and continues by specific focus on education of workers in the social services, described at the beginning of the thesis. The practical part analyzes education of workers in the specific social service asylum shelter Elim and night shelter Elim. Following the practical part, the long-term plan of education for the workers of the asylum shelter and night shelter is proposed in the project part.
