Abstract:

Učitel primární školy 21. století je obsáhlé téma, kterým se zabývá tato práce. V teoretické části je pozornost zaměřena především na učitelskou profesi v rámci interakčního stylu učitele v primárním vzdělávání. V jednotlivých kapitolách věnujících se podstatě učitelské profese nalezneme vyjasnění pojmů dané problematiky. Další část je věnována profesním kompetencím či typologii učitele. Hlouběji se zaměříme na vztah mezi učitelem a žákem, jejich vzájemnou komunikaci a interakci ve výukovém procesu. Výzkumná část se zabývá interakčním stylem učitele. Je realizována dotazníkovým šetřením a interview. Hlavním cílem výzkumu je zjistit, jaký interakční styl převládá u učitelů prvního stupně základních škol. Výsledky výzkumu jsou porovnávány s teorií, kde by se mělo ukázat, zda pojetí učitele 21. století odpovídá realitě v současnosti.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis explored the concept of the 21st century primary school teacher. The theoretical part included topics related to the issues of primary school teachers. The research was focused on the interaction style of the teacher conducted through a questionnaire survey and interviews with primary school teachers. The data analysis showed an interesting result of the research investigation where the theoretical characteristics of the teacher for the 21st century were confirmed. The primary school teachers in their efforts to improve themselves show signs of modern trends. They are adapting to the times and the demands that are placed on teachers regardless of the length of their teaching experience. The teachers of the 21st century are adopting internationally recognised standards of the teaching profession. It is clear that the teaching profession becomes a mission when a teacher is willing to innovate throughout his or her career, is willing to keep learning in his or her field, and is willing to deepen empathy for his or her students.
