Bleeding and its management in prehospital care

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma krvácení a jeho řešení v přednemocniční péči se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části se práce zaměřuje na charakteristiku krvácení, jeho rozdělení, na řešení jak vnitřního, tak zevního krvácení podle doporučeného postupu CABCDE a následnou terapii o pacienta. Praktická část je založena na konkrétních kazuistikách u pacientů s krvácením. Následně jsou jednotlivé kazuistiky porovnány podle cílů, které byly stanoveny před začátkem zpracování práce. Nakonec práce je v závěru zhodnoceno, zda bylo stanovených cílů dosaženo.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis on bleeding and its management in prehospital care consists of a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, the thesis focuses on the characteristics of bleeding, its distribution, the management of both internal and external bleeding according to the recommended CABCDE procedure and the subsequent treatment of the patient. The practical part is based on specific case reports of patients with bleeding. Subsequently, the individual case reports are compared according to the objectives that were set before the start of the work. Finally, the thesis concludes with an assessment of whether the objectives have been achieved.
