Competence model as a tool for the development of elementary school teachers
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá využitím kompetenčních modelů jakožto nástroje pro další rozvoj učitelů základních škol. Hlavní pozornost je kladena na zkušenosti jednotlivých respondentů s těmito modely, pozitivní a negativní aspekty jejich užívání a popis problémů, s nimiž se při jejich realizaci setkávají.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is aimed at the analysis of the use of competency models as a tool for the further development of primary schools' teacher. The main focus is laid on the experience of individual respondents with the models, the positive and negative aspects of their use as well as on the possible problems.
