Possibilities of adjusting exercises for students with learning disabilities

Abstract:

This theses deals with teaching French language with a focus on students with learning disabilities, specifically the possibilities of adjusting activities and exercises corresponding to their needs. The theoretical part has three chapters. The first describes learning disorders and the difficulties associated with them. In the second, approaches that can be used to work with students suffering from some of the disorders and also factors influencing the learning process are presented. The third chapter presents the possibilities of developing language competences with regard to possible manifestations of learning disorders. The practical part draws on theoretical knowledge and results in a workbook containing 49 exercises adapted to the needs of students with learning disabilities. This workbook was created as a support material for the Décibel 1 textbook and includes a workout key and a CD of 40 recordings.

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá výukou francouzského jazyka se zaměřením na žáky s poruchami učení, konkrétně možnostmi úprav aktivit a cvičení odpovídajícím jejich potřebám. Teoretická část má tři kapitoly. První z nich popisuje jednotlivé poruchy učení a obtíže s nimi spojené. Ve druhé jsou představeny přístupy, které je možné použít při práci s žáky trpícími některou z poruch a také faktory ovlivňující proces učení. Ve třetí kapitole jsou uvedeny možnosti rozvoje jazykových kompetencí s ohledem na možné projevy poruch učení. Praktická část čerpá z poznatků části teoretické a jejím výsledkem je pracovní sešit obsahující 49 cvičení upravených dle potřeb žáků s poruchami učení. Tento sešit vznikl jako podpůrný materiál k učebnici Décibel 1 a jeho součástí je klíč k cvičením a CD se 40 nahrávkami.
