Diplomová práce se zabývá vybraným domovem pro seniory. Zaměří se na domov pro seniory jako na totální instituci a pokusí se zjistit, do jaké míry tato instituce ovlivňuje život zde žijících seniorů (klientů) a do jaké míry ho mohou ovlivnit oni sami. Práce se zaměří na domov také z hlediska selektivnosti a to jak z pohledu domova, tak z pohledu seniorů. Tedy pokusí se zjistit, jak probíhá výběr budoucích …more

The diploma thesis is focused on particular nursing home, focusing on this organisation as a total institution. The aim of the thesis is to learn, how much this organization affect life of local seniors(its clients) and to what extent they can regulate their life in this organisation themselves.
