Tato práce se zabývá analýzou práva na spravedlivý proces, a to primárně v trestním řízení. Kromě obecné roviny a roviny mezinarodněprávní je u uvedeného zkoumáno, jakým způsobem je toto právo chráněno v České republice a ve Slovenské republice, zda je chráněno dodatečně a také to, zda se mezi právními řády obou států vyskytují nějaké výrazné rozdíly. This thesis deals with the analysis of the right to a fair trial, primarily in criminal proceeding. In addition to the general level and the level of international law, it is examined how this right is protected in the Czech Republic and in the Slovak Republic, whether it is sufficiently protected and whether there are any significant differences between the laws of both countries.
