Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku adaptace oka na tmu a na světlo, její poruchy a principy vyšetřování. Kvůli lepšímu pochopení adaptace oka je v první kapitole stručně popsána anatomie sítnice a biochemie vidění. This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the issue of eye adaptation to darkness and light, its disorders and principles of examination. The first chapter of this thesis briefly describes the anatomy of the retina and biochemistry of vision, in order to better understanding of the adaptation of the eye.
