Abstract:

HOLOUBKOVÁ, Adéla. Kazuistika pacienta s Alzheimerovou chorobou v domácím prostředí. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, o. p. s. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce: PhDr. Ivana Jahodová, PhD., Praha. 2020. 62 s. V souvislosti s globálním stárnutím populace a tím i se zvyšujícím se počtem pacientů s demencí se předkládaná bakalářská práce zaměřuje na problematiku Alzheimerovy demence. V teoretické části se věnuje obecné charakteristice demence, blíže zkoumá Alzheimerovu demenci se zaměřením na historii, etiologii, symptomy, diagnostiku, léčbu, prevenci a stádia, protektivní i rizikové faktory a nakonec se zabývá péčí o pacienty s Alzheimerovou chorobou v sociálních a zdravotních zařízeních i v domácím prostředí. Praktická část se věnuje ošetřovatelskému procesu konkrétní pacientky s Alzheimerovou chorobou v domácím prostředí, u které probíhaly terénní zdravotní služby a uvádí podrobné zpracování ošetřovatelského procesu. Během péče byly stanoveny diagnózy. Následně byla naplánovaná a zrealizovaná péče, která byla nakonec zhodnocena. Cílem bakalářské práce byla analýza a popis případu pacientky s diagnózou Alzheimerova choroba v jejím vlastním sociálním zařízení z pohledu všeobecné sestry. Závěrem práce jsou uvedena doporučení pro praxi, výstup bakalářské práce a jsou zhodnoceny všechny stanovené cíle.

Supervisor: PhDr. Ivana Jahodová, PhD., Praha. 2020. 62 pages In connection with the global ageing of the population and thus the increasing number of patients with dementia, the presented bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of Alzheimer´s dementia. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the general characteristics of dementia; it closely examines the Alzheimer´s dementia and focuses on its history, etiology, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, prevention and stages. It also examines both protective and risky factors and finally it deals with the care of patients with Alzheimer´s disease in the social and health facilities and in the home environment. The practical part focuses on the nursing process of the particular woman patient with Alzheimer´s disease in the home environment where the outreach health services were carried out. It also provides detailed elaboration of the nursing process. Diagnoses were specified during the nursing care. Subsequently the nursing care was planned and implemented and finally the care was evaluated. The aim of this thesis was the description and analysis of the case of the woman patient with Alzheimer´s disease in her own social facility evaluated from the point of view of a general nurse. In conclusion, the thesis provides recommendations for practice and the evaluation of the aim and results of the thesis.
