Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se týká tématu CRM (z anglického Customer Relationship Management) – řízení vztahu se zákazníky ve firmě Parfums.cz. První metodou, použitou v této práci byl rozhovor. Zástupci firmy byly kladeny otázky, a podle toho byla tvořena aplikační část. Také je zde věnována část mé bakalářské práce dotazníkovému šetření. Abstract:
This Bachelor Thesis concerns the topic of CRM. Customer relationship management in the company Parfums.cz. The first method used in this work were interviewed. Company representatives were asked questions, and had accordingly formed part of the application. There is also devoted part of my thesis a questionnaire survey.
