Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem „Charitativní běžecké eventy a komunikace neziskových organizací“ se zabývá tématem využití prostředků public relations v rámci sociálních sítí, se zaměřením na Facebook a Instagram. Cílem je identifikovat přístup k vedení media relations u neziskových organizací v případě organizace sportovní akce. Nejdříve jsou v teoretické části definovány public relations, media relations, komunikační proces, jejich nástroje a aktivity, včetně využití v neziskovém sektoru. Následně dochází k vymezení media relations vůči public relations. Pozornost je věnována také způsobům měření a vyhodnocování media relations. V praktické části jsou pomocí vhodných metod identifikovány určené charakteristiky vedení public relations a media relations neziskových organizací a analyzovány jejich aktivity na sociálních sítích ve vymezeném období v rámci konkrétních projektů Světluška, T-Mobile Olympijský běh, Běhejme a pomáhejme útulkům a Paměť národa. Po provedené obsahové a mediální analýzy jsou vyvozeny závěry a doporučení k efektivnímu vedení public relations neziskových organizací.

Abstract:

The master thesis entitled "Charity running events and communication of non-profit organizations" deals with the topic of the use of public relations within social networks, focusing on Facebook and Instagram. The aim is to identify the approach to media relations in non-profit organizations in the case of organizing a sporting event. First, in the theoretical part, public relations, media relations, the communication process, their tools and activities are defined, including their use in the non-profit sector. Subsequently, media relations is defined in relation to public relations. Attention is also paid to ways of measuring and evaluating media relations. In the practical part, the determined characteristics of the management of public relations and media relations of non-profit organizations are identified using suitable methods and their activities on social networks are analyzed in a defined period within the framework of the specific projects Světluška, T-Mobile Olympic Run, Let's run and help shelters and Memory of the Nation. After the content and media analysis, conclusions and recommendations are drawn for the effective management of public relations of non-profit organizations.
