Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku specifických poruch učení u učitelů. Jejím cílem je zjistit problémy, které mohou mít učitelé, kteří mají specifickou poruchu učení. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na definici specifických poruch učení, jejich členění, projevy, diagnostiku a příčiny. Dále se práce zabývá specifickými poruchami učení u dospělých, a to jak na vysoké škole, tak v zaměstnání. Empirická část zjišťuje, s jakými problémy se učitelé s poruchou učení potýkají ve své pedagogické praxi. K průzkumnému šetření byla využita kvalitativní metoda – technika kódovaných rozhovorů. Respondenty jsou učitelé, kteří mají poruchu učení a zároveň jsou pedagogové na základní škole, gymnáziu či vysoké škole. Výsledky jsou vyhodnoceny pomocí otevřeného kódování.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the issue of specific learning disorders among teachers. Its aim is to find out the problems that teachers who have a specific learning disability may have. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the definition of specific learning disorders, their classification, manifestations, diagnosis and causes. Furthermore, the work deals with specific learning disorders in adults, both at university and at work. The empirical part investigates what problems teachers with learning disabilities face in their pedagogical practice. A qualitative method - coded interview technique - was used for the exploratory investigation. The respondents are teachers who have a learning disability and at the same time are pedagogues in primary school, gymnasium or university. Results are evaluated using open coding.
