Recognition of chemically modified DNA by p53-family proteins
Abstract:
V posledních 30 letech bylo učiněno mnoho důležitých objevů v boji proti rakovině. Proteiny rodiny p53 patří mezi nejvýznamnější nádorové supresorové proteiny v buňce, což dokazuje i fakt, že mutace v genu p53 se vyskytují ve více než 50% všech typů nádorů. Abstract:
Over the past 30 years many important cancer-related studies were made. The p53-family proteins belong to the most important tumor suppressors, which indicate the fact that mutated forms of protein p53 were found in more than 50 % of human cancer types.
