Teacher's view on logopaedic screening in a kindergarten

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o logopedickém screeningu v mateřské škole, konkrétněji o pohledu učitele na něj. Teoretická část nejdříve vymezuje pojem logopedický screening, jeho zařazení a také jeho realizátory. Dále je popsána narušená komunikační schopnost, především nejčastěji vyskytující se typy u dětí předškolního věku. Není opomíjena ani logopedická péče v resortu Ministerstva školství, mládeže a tělovýchovy, především školská poradenská zařízení. Jsou zmiňovány také mateřské školy v rámci logopedické péče a kompetence učitele mateřské školy, taktéž z logopedického hlediska. Praktická část této práce zahrnuje kvantitativně orientovaný výzkum, ve kterém byl pomocí dotazníku zjišťován pohled učitelů na logopedický screening, především význam logopedického screeningu pro práci učitele, dále pohled na jeho organizaci a účast rodičů na něm. Následně pak byly na základě získaných dat zpracovány výsledky výzkumu a doporučení pro praxi mateřských škol.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with logopaedic screening in a kindergarten and is especially focused on the teacher's view of this topic. The theoretical part first specifies the concept of logopaedic screening, its classification and its implementers. Furthermore, impaired communication ability is described, especially the most common types in preschool children. Logopaedic care in charge of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, school counselling facilities in particular, are dealt with too. Kindergartens in the field of logopaedic care and the competences of a kindergarten teacher from a logopaedic point of view are also mentioned. The practical part of this work includes quantitatively oriented research, in which a questionnaire was used to find out the teachers' view on logopaedic screening, especially the importance of logopaedic screening for the teacher's work, as well as the view of his organization and the participation of parents in it. Subsequently, on basis of the obtained data, the results of research and recommendations for the practice of kindergartens were processed.
