Work with risk in selected situations given the restrictions posed on the client.

Abstract:

Má bakalářská práce se zabývá prací s rizikem v Domově pro osoby se zdravotním postižením v Jirkově a riziky, která ohrožují zdejší klienty. Cílem práce bylo navrhnout opatření ke zmírnění rizik s ohledem na omezení klienta. Pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru jsem zjišťovala, jaké zkušenosti s riziky ohrožující klienty se zdravotním postižením mají pracovníci. Volila jsem pracovnice, které se účastní řízení rizik. Následně jsem analyzovala vhodná preventivní opatření. Pro vytvoření návrhu opatření ke zmírnění rizik jsem použila hlavně data získaná z rozhovorů a doplnila je o informace z odborné literatury a poznatků z workshopu ?Jak správně posoudit míru rizika a navrhnout vhodná opatření?, který jsem absolvovala na konferenci ?Práce s rizikem v sociálních službách?. Z práce vyplynulo, že důležitým aspektem v práci s rizikem je dodržování opatření a prevence. Dalším zjištěním bylo, že při typování rizik u klienta s postižením, a volbě vhodných opatření, se musí vycházet hlavně z klientovy individuality.

Abstract:

My bachelor´s work deals with the work with risk in the Home for people with disabilities in Jirkov and risks that threaten local clients. The goal of the work was to propose measures to minimize risks with regard to the restrictions of client. Using semistructured interview I was asking for the experience of the people working with clients with disabilities. I chose employees involved in risk management. Then I analyzed the appropriate preventive measures. For creating the suggestion for minimizing the risks, I used mainly the data obtained from interviews and I added information from the literature and findings from the workshop "How to assess the degree of risk and to propose appropriate measures"that I attended at the conferences "Working with the risk of social services." The work showed that adhering the measures and prevention are an important aspect in working with the compliance risks. Another finding was that when selecting the risk to the client with a disability, and a choice of appropriate measures must be based mainly on the client's individuality.
