Předmětem bakalářské práce „Právní úprava hypotečních úvěrů“ je přiblížení se problematice hypotečních úvěrů. Práce obsahuje posouzení výhod a nevýhod různých hypotečních úvěrů, všeobecný pohled na úvěr a možnosti jeho využití. The goal of this bachelor thesis "Legal Regulation of Mortgages" is to generally introduce the issue of mortgages. The thesis comprises assessment of the advantages and disadvantages of different mortgages, a general view of credits and the possibility of their use.
