Digital competences of educators

Abstract:

Závěrečná práce je věnována problematice digitálních kompetencí pedagogů v širším pojetí. Toto téma bylo vybráno nejen pro svou aktuálnost, ale také vzhledem k rostoucí důležitosti a nárokům, které přináší současný svět a digitalizovaná společnost v oblasti vzdělávání, a to na všech jeho úrovních. V práci jsou představena jednotlivá témata od těch obecných jako digitální technologie, digitální gramotnost, digitální kompetence až po konkrétnější, které definují několik příkladů kompetenčních rámců pedagogů. Cí- lem práce je kriticky zhodnotit aktuální stav digitálních kompetencí pedagogů v ČR.

Abstract:

The final thesis is focused to the issue of digital competences of educators in a wider concept. This topic has been selected not only because it ́been up-to-date, but also because of the growing importance and demands which brings the recent world and digitalized society to all levels of education itself. The thesis presents each single topic from general ones as digital technology, digital literacy, digital competences to more specific, which define several examples of competence frames of educators. The target of the thesis is to evaluate the current condition of digital competences of educators in the Czech Republic.
