Abstract:

Práce se zabývá aplikací ozdravných opatření v podniku zasaženém krizí. Toto téma je obzvlášť aktuální v dnešní celosvětové hospodářské situaci, kdy většina podniků musí reagovat na důsledky současné hospodářské recese. Systém krizového řízení a zejména oblast prevence krize jsou u řady podniků silně podceňovány a podniky většinou nemají vybudovány systémy včasného varování. Cílem práce je navrhnout model analýzy podniku, který je použitelný k identifikaci krizového vývoje a na základě výsledků této analýzy navrhnut nutná sanační opatření Identifikace krize je velice složitá záležitost neexistují obecně použitelné jednoduché nástroje. Analýza vybraných oblastí podnikových činností může zachytit a včas upozornit na některé symptomy krizového vývoje a samozřejmě je základem pro návrh ozdravných opatření. V praktické části práce je provedena analýza situace v podniku LASSELSBERGER , s.r.o. a na základě výsledků vybraných oblastí je provedeno zhodnocení analýzy a jsou navržena některá opatření, kterými by podnik měl reagovat. V práci je vytvořen a aplikován model podnikové analýzy použitelný k identifikaci symptomů krize a tvořící východisko pro definici ozdravných opatření.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on application of anti-crisis measures in the business affected by the crisis. This topic is particularly crucial in today's global economic situation, when most businesses must respond to the consequences of a global recession. Crisis management system and in particular the prevention of crisis are underestimated and companies usually do not have built in warning systems. The goal of the thesis is to propose a model of company analysis, which is applicable to the identification of crisis and as well as to suggest recommendation based on analysis results. Identification of the crisis is a very complex task there are not simple generic tools at disposal. Analysis of selected business activities can capture some of the early warning symptoms of recession and of course, is the basis for the design of anti-crisis measures. The practical part is focused on analysis of the current situation in the company LASSELSBERGER Ltd. and based on the results from selected areas are proposed certain measures, which the company should respond. In the paper was created and applied an analysis business model applied to identify the symptoms of the crisis and forming the basis for the definition of curative measures.
