Sheltered labour market as a tool for social inclusion of disadvantaged people
Abstract:
Cílem práce je analýza chráněného trhu práce jako nástroje aktivního řešení nepříznivé sociální situace různých skupin osob. Na základě analýzy bude definována jedna vybraná znevýhodněná skupina osob, na které budou ukázány možnosti a meze tohoto konceptu.
Abstract:
The aim of the work is the analysis of the protected labour market as a tool for active solution of the unfavourable social situation of various groups of people. Based on the analysis, one selected disadvantaged group of people will be defined, on which the possibilities and limits of this concept will be shown.
