Abstract:

Název diplomové práce: Sociální služby pro hluchoslepé Počet slov: 16 711 (bez poznámek pod čarou, příloh a stati) Diplomová práce se zabývá vztahem mezi současnou nabídkou služeb vybrané organizace a sociálním fungováním osob s hluchoslepotu, kteří jsou klienty této organizace. Hlavní výzkumná otázka, o jejíž zodpovězení diplomová práce usiluje, zní: „V čem služby vybrané organizace přispívají ke zlepšení sociálního fungování osob s hluchoslepotou?“ Práce je rozdělena do tří celků. V teoretické části je vymezen koncept sociálního fungování a životní situace, pojem hluchoslepota, klasifikace osob s hluchoslepotou a s touto kombinovanou senzorickou vadou související překážky a nerovnováhy v životní situaci, dále pak sociální služby přispívající ke zlepšení sociálního fungování. Metodologická část zdůvodňuje výběr kvalitativní výzkumné strategie, popisuje techniky sběru dat, vymezuje jednotku zkoumání a zjišťování, popisuje organizaci výzkumu a objasňuje operacionalizaci dílčích výzkumných otázek. Předmětem analytické části je rozbor a interpretace zjištěných skutečností v oblastech: nerovnováhy v životní situaci klientů a služby přispívající ke zlepšení sociálního fungování osob s hluchoslepotou. Na základě prezentovaných zjištění je v závěru zodpovězena hlavní výzkumná otázka a jsou navržena některá doporučení.

Title: Social services for deafblind people Number of words: 16 711 (without footnotes, attachments and essay) The thesis deals with the relation between the current service offer provided by a selected organization and social functioning of deafblind people who are clients of this organization. The main research question which I will try to answer is: "Which services of selected organization contribute to improving the social functioning of deafblind people in? My work has been divided into three parts. I have identified the concept of the social functioning and the life situation in the theoretical part. The term of deafblindness, the classification of persons with deafblindness, the barriers and imbalances in the life situation related to this handicap and finally the social services contributing to the improvement of social functioning were also determined in this part of my thesis. The methodological part explains the choice of a qualitative research strategy, describes the data collection techniques, defines the base value of investigation and research, describes the organization of research and explains the operationalization of the research questions. The aim of the analytical part is to analyze and interpret the findings in domains: the imbalances in the client´s life situation and the services contributing to the improvement of social functioning of deafblind people. Based on the findings, the main research question is answered at the end of this thesis together with some recommendations.
