Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Strategická analýza konkrétního podniku“ je provedení strategické analýzy, následné vyhodnocení a formulace možných řešení problému. Práce je systematicky rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části, teoretické, jsou vymezeny jednotlivé pojmy, jež věcně se strategickou analýzou souvisejí, dále jsou zde popsány metody a analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí. Jedná se zejména o analýzy SMART, PESTLE, Porterův model pěti sil, finanční analýzu a SWOT analýzu, která předcházející poznatky a návrhy strategií formuluje do jednotného rámce. V praktické části je věnována pozornost deskripci společnosti RACIO, s. r. o. V úvodu je krátce zmíněna historie a vznik společnosti, vlastnická struktura a předmět podnikání. Následně je provedena analýza vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí pomocí výše uvedených metod. Tyto poznatky jsou poté integrovány pomocí SWOT analýzy, z níž jsou na závěr vyvozeny návrhy strategických řešení, jakožto prostředku dosažení zamýšleného cíle.

Abstract:

The subject of the thesis "Strategic analysis of the enterprise" is to undertake a strategic analysis and subsequent evaluation and formulation of possible solutions of the problem. The thesis is systematically divided into two parts. In the first part, theoretical, are determined the particular terms that are materially related to strategic analysis, further describes the methods and analysis of the external and internal environment. Particularly, SMART analysis, PESTLE analysis, Porter's five forces model, financial analysis and SWOT analysis that previous findings and proposals of strategies formulates into a single framework. The practical part is focused on the description of the company RACIO, Ltd. In the introduction is briefly mentioned the history and establishment of the company, ownership structure and business activities. Following is an analysis of the internal and external environment using the above analysis. These findings are then integrated with SWOT analysis of which are in the end drawn strategic solutions as a means of achieving the objective.
