Emergency management in the municipality of Hustopeče

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou mimořádných událostí, a to konkrétně na území obce s rozšířenou působností Hustopeče. V práci je vymezena základní terminologie spojená s daným tématem. Dále je v práci uvedeno dělení mimořádných událostí dle způsobu jejich vzniku. V poslední kapitole teoretické části práce je specifikována legislativa České republiky v kontextu krizového řízení. V praktické části práce je zpracována podrobná analýza proběhlé mimořádné události na území ORP Hustopeče, konkrétně sesuvů půdy ve Strachotíně. Na základě získaných informací z listinných záznamů a rozhovoru o proběhlé události, je závěrem práce kompletace získaných údajů a sepsání postupů při řešení mimořádných událostí od nahlášení této události až po ukončení prací postupné likvidace následků mimořádné události.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on emergency situations, more specifically related to the area of Hustopeče as a municipality with extended powers (MEP). This thesis defines the fundamental terminology related to the topic. Furthermore, it specifies the classification of emergencies according to their origin. Finally, the theoretical construction of the thesis presents the legislative framework of the Czech Republic in the crisis management context. The practical part of the thesis includes a detailed analysis of previous emergency on the territory of the Hustopeče MEP, specifically the landslides in Strachotín area. On the basis of the information obtained from the documentary records and the interview regarding the event, the conclusion of the thesis leads to the completion of the collected data and the preparation of emergency management procedures starting with the reporting of the event and ending with the gradual liquidation of the resulting consequences.
