Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou odborné přípravy náhradních rodičů. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí, a to z části teoretické a z části aplikační. V první části této práce se zaměřím na definování základních pojmů, souvisejících s náhradní rodinnou péčí, jako je například pěstounská péče. Dále se také budu zabývat motivací žadatelů o pěstounskou péči a dalším. Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat proces odborných příprav náhradních rodičů. V aplikační části popíšu program PRIDE, který se zabývá odbornými přípravami náhradních rodičů. Cílem aplikační části bakalářské práce je popsat a současně přiblížit odbornou přípravu žadatelů o náhradní rodinnou péči v rámci programu PRIDE.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor´s thesis is the professional training for substitute parents. The thesis consists of two parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. In the first part of the study I will focus on the definition of the basic concepts related to alternative care, such as foster care. Later, I will also deal with the motivation of applicants for foster care and other issues. The aim of the bachelor´s thesis is to describe the process of professional training for substitute parents. In the practical part I describe the PRIDE program, which focuses on professional training for foster parents. The aim of the practical part of the thesis is to describe and at the same time to inform of the training for foster care applicants under the PRIDE program.
