Abstract:

Anotace Tato absolventská práce se zabývá poruchami chování u dětí v dětském domově a dopady na péči o ně optikou vychovatele. Cílem mé práce je popsat poruchy chování u dětí v dětském domově v souvislosti s chodem rodinných skupin dětského domova a jejich šancí na umístění do náhradní rodinné péče. Na základě ankety bych chtěla zjistit, jaké dopady na vychovatele práce s dětmi s poruchami chování má a co jim pomáhá k motivaci pracovat s těmito dětmi. V této práci jsou popsány poruchy chování, diagnostické kategorie, příčiny vzniku. Také formy náhradní rodinné péče a charakteristika jednoho dětského domova v České republice. Na základě čtyř ilustračních příběhů jsou zde demonstrovány příčiny odebrání dítěte z biologické rodiny, jejich adaptace v dětském domově, kontaktů s rodinou, závěry z psychologických vyšetření a doporučených opatření. Na závěr je shrnuta anketa na téma „Jaké dopady na chod rodinné skupiny podle vychovatele práce s dětmi s poruchami chování má, co jim pomáhá k motivaci pracovat s těmito dětmi?“ a dotazníkové šetření s otázkou „Jaké jsou šance na umístění dětí s poruchami chování do náhradní rodinné péče?“.

Abstract:

Abstract This graduate thesis focuses on behavioural disorders in children living in children's homes and how the disorders impact care for the children with the disorders from the perspective of care workers. The aim of my thesis is to describe behavioural disorders in children living in children's homes and their impact on family groups in children's homes, and to evaluate what the chances of placing children with behavioural disorders in substitute family care are. Based on a survey, I would like to investigate what effects working with children with behavioural disorders has on care workers and what helps to motivate them to work with these children. This thesis describes behavioural disorders, diagnostic categories and causes of the disorders. It also describes forms of substitute family care and characteristics of one particular children's home in the Czech Republic. Based on four example cases, the thesis demonstrates the reasons for the removal of children from their biological family, their adaptation in the children's home, contacts with the biological family, conclusions from psychological examinations and recommended measures. In conclusion, the thesis summarizes outcomes from the survey “What are the effects of working with children with behavioural disorders on care workers and what helps to motivate them to work with these children?” and the questionnaire survey “What are the chances of placing children with behavioural disorders in substitute family care?”
