Abstract:

Předložená práce se věnuje problematice vnitropodnikových směrnic a jejich vlivu na fungování podniku. Cílem práce je popsat úlohu vnitropodnikových směrnic a posoudit, jaký je jejich vliv na chod podniku. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, konkrétně na teoretickou a praktickou. Na základě studia odborné literatury, prozkoumání interních dokumentů vybraného podniku a rozhovorů s vybranými zaměstnanci autorka zjistila, zdali jsou směrnice vyhovující. V závěru práce se poukazuje na význam interních směrnic a přispívá tak k tomu, aby firmy tomuto okruhu věnovaly odpovídající pozornost. V rámci práce bylo zjištěno, že směrnice jsou vypracovány velmi kvalitně.

Abstract:

The presented work deals with the issue of internal company directives and their influence on the functioning of the company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and application part. The aim of this work is to describe the role of internal company directives and assess their impact on the operation of the company. Based on the study of literature, internal documents of the selected company and interviews with selected employees, the author found out whether the guidelines are satisfactory. At the end of the thesis , the importance of internal guidelines is pointed out and thus contribute to the fact that companies pay adequate attention to the issue. Within the work, it was found that the guidelines are developed very well.
