Abstract:
Diplomová práce stručně popisuje segmenty personální politiky. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na analýzu personální politiky společnosti RABAT ČR, a.s. a zabývá se rozborem jednotlivých segmentů personální politiky, kdy z těchto jednotlivých analýz vyjdou změny a návrhy personální politiky ve společnosti RABAT ČR, a.s.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis briefly describes the segments of the personnel policy. The practical part is focused on the analysis of personnel policies RABAT ČR, Inc. and deals with the analysis of individual segments of the Personnel Policy, which analyzes each of these changes and come out by the company's personnel policies RABAT ČR, Inc.
