Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je věnována problému diskriminace žen na trhu práce a v zaměstnání. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se věnuji samotnému pojmu diskriminace, jeho vymezí a pojmům, které jsou s diskriminací spojené. Větší část je pak věnována právní úpravě diskriminace. Bachelor thesis is devoted to the problem of discrimination against women in the labor market and in employment. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical.
