Automated external defibrillator in the South Moravian Region.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou poskytování základní neodkladné resuscitace pomocí automatizovaného externího defibrilátoru prostřednictvím first responderů v Jihomoravském kraji. V teoretické části práce je vysvětlena náhlá zástava oběhu, specifika základní neodkladné resuscitace, včetně doporučeného postupu Guidelines 2015. Následně je popsána telefonicky asistovaná neodkladná resuscitace a defibrilace. Podrobně je v teoretické části dále popsán projekt zapojení first responderů z řad integrovaného záchranného systému v Jihomoravském kraji, včetně právního rámce. Statistiky aktivací a výsledky resuscitací jsou analyzovány v praktické části. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na problematiku first responderů s automatickým externím defibrilátorem z řad jednotek požární ochrany v Jihomoravském kraji. Slouží ke zmapování situace pro potřeby Zdravotnické záchranné služby Jihomoravského kraje i ostatních složek integrovaného záchranného systému. Jedná se o první zpětnou vazbu od first responderů z řad Jednotek požární ochrany, kteří mají tuto činnost v náplni práce. Je realizována pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Výstupy této práce mají sloužit jako podklad pro další zefektivňování projektu first responderů s AED v Jihomoravském kraji z řad integrovaného záchranného systému a zlepšení spolupráce mezi složkami integrovaného záchranného systému.

Abstract:

The Diploma thesis deals with the issue of basic emergency resuscitation using an automated external defibrillator through first responders in the South Moravian Region. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the sudden arrest of the circulation, the specifics of the basic urgent resuscitation, including the recommended procedure Guideines 2015. Subsequently, the telephone assisted emergency resuscitation and defibrillation is described. In detail, the theoretical part describes the project of involvement of first responders from the integrated rescue system in the South Moravian Region, including the legal framework. The activation statistics and resuscitation results are analyzed in the practical part. The practical part is focused on the problem of first responders with an automatic external defibrillator from the lines of fire protection units in the South Moravian Region. It serves to map the situation for the needs of the Health Emergency Service of the South Moravian Region and other components of the Integrated Rescue System. This is the first feedback from the first Responders from the Units of Fire Protection who have this activity in the job. It is implemented through a questionnaire survey.  The outputs of this work should serve as a basis for further  streamlining the project for first responders with the Automated external defibrillator in the South Moravian Region from the Integrated Rescue System and the cooperation between the components of the Integrated Rescue System.
