Employment of disabled people from the perspective of employers´ organisation

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zaměstnáváním osob se zdravotním postižením z pohledu zaměstnavatelské organizace. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak probíhá zaměstnávání zdravotně postižených osob z personálního hlediska a jaká pozitiva či negativa jsou s jejich zaměstnáváním spojena. Za účelem zjištění těchto informací byly vybrány dvě organizace, a to Česká spořitelna, a. s., a Santé Network, s. r. o. Samotný výzkum byl proveden pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se zástupci vybraných organizací. Práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá integrací osob se zdravotním postižením do pracovního procesu. Následující kapitola popisuje zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením z personálního hlediska. Ve třetí kapitole jsou uvedeny důvody pro zaměstnávání těchto osob. V další kapitole jsou popsány organizace, které byly osloveny v rámci výzkumu. Pátá kapitola představuje vlastní výzkum. V závěru této kapitoly je uvedeno shrnutí a porovnání výsledků výzkumu a vlastní doporučení pro obě organizace.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the employment of disabled people from the perspective of employers' organisation. The goal of this thesis is to determine how is the employment of disabled people developed from the personnel point of view and also what positives and negatives it brings. For the purpose of finding out those information, two organisations were chosen -- Česká spořitelna, a. s. and Santé Network, s. r. o. The research was carried out through semi-structured interviews with deputies of the organisations. This thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter deals with integration of disabled people into working life. The second chapter describes employment of disabled people from the personnel point of view. In the third chapter, the reasons for employing disabled people are discussed. In the fourth chapter the organisations chosen for the purpose of the research are described. The fifth chapter represents separate research. At the end of this chapter is a summary and comparison of the results of the research and my own recommendations for both organisations.
