The analysis of an activities of destination agencies in the Ustecky region

Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma Analýza činnosti destinačních agentur v Ústeckém kraji. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit vliv destinačních agentur v Ústeckém kraji na vnitřní cestovní ruch v Ústeckém kraji. V první části teoretické se práce zabývá popisem základních pojmů vztahujících se k tématu. Důležitým popisem je vysvětlení pojmu cestovní ruch, destinace cestovního ruchu, řízení cestovního ruchu a marketing cestovního ruchu. V části analytické se práce orientuje na jednotlivé destinační agentury v kraji. Popisuje, jejich činnosti, financování, zaměstnanecké struktury. Následně bude popsán projekt společný všem agenturám a to Brána do Čech. Na základě získaných dat porovnám návštěvnost, spolupracující subjekty jednotlivých agentur a marketingové aktivity. Na základě vyzkoumaných dat potvrdím či vyvrátím navržené hypotézy a navrhnu doporučení do budoucna.

Abstract:

The thesis on the analysis activities destination agency in the Usti Region. The aim of this work is to evaluate the effect of destination agency in the Usti Region on internal tourism. In the first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical description of the basic concepts related to the topic. An important explanation is the description of the concept of tourism, tourism destination, tourism management and marketing of tourism. In the analytical work is oriented to individual destination agency in the region. Describes their activities, funding, employment structure. Subsequently, the described project common to all agencies and Brána do Čech. Based on the obtained data compare the attendance, cooperating entities, individual agencies and marketing activities Based on the data examined to confirm or refute the hypotheses proposed and propose recommendations for the future.
