Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit a popsat, jaké faktory ovlivňují proces adaptace v domově pro seniory Kociánka. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis problematiky stáří a stárnutí. Dále je zaměřena na sociální práci v domově pro seniory, sociální služby pro seniory a také na samotný proces adaptace. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to identify and describe which factors influence the adaptation process in the kociánka senior care home. The theoretical part is aimed at describing the issues of age and ageing.
