Organization of speech therapy intervention in nursery schools in Královehradecko

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část je teoretická a je tvořena třemi kapitolami. Druhá část obsahuje jednu praktickou kapitolu, jejíž součástí je analýza výběrového šetření. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení pojmu komunikace a řeč, charakteristiku ontogenetického vývoje, narušené komunikační schopnosti a popsání některých jejích konkrétních forem. Dále pojednává o metodách logopedické intervence, která se dělí na logopedickou diagnostiku, terapii a prevenci. V závěru teoretické části je rozebrána rezortní příslušnost logopedické péče v České republice. V praktické části bylo cílem zjistit, jakým způsobem je zajišťována organizace logopedické intervence na Královéhradecku. Výběrové šetření probíhalo formou dotazníků a čtvrtá kapitola obsahuje získané výsledky. Mateřská škola, stejně jako rodiče, by měla dbát o rozvoj schopností a dovedností dítěte, a proto nesmí být opomíjena správná funkce tohoto zařízení.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis is divided into two parts. The first one is theoretical and consists of three chapters. The second part includes one practical chapter that involves an analysis of survey sampling. The theoretical part focuses on a definition of the terms of the communication and the speech, the characteristics of ontogenetic evolution, defected communication skills and the description of some of its particular forms. Moreover the theoretical part deals with methodology of interventions in logopedics, which is further divided into diagnostics in logopedy, therapy and prevention. In the conclusion of this part, there is a detailed analysis of departmental competence of logopedic care in the Czech Republic. The aim of the pratical part was to detect the way of the organisation of the logopedic interventions which is provided in the region of Hradec Králové. The survey sampling was done by collecting the answer sheets and the results can be found in the fourth chapter. The kindergarten should care for the progress of the abilities and skills of the children, as well as their parents should, and therefore, the right functioning of this institution cannot be marginalized.
